- Just like the original Duplex Classic , the Pro is made with waterproof, durable Dyneema® Composite Fabric that is trail tested to go the distance whether you are thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, crossing snow fields in Iceland, or braving the winds in Patagonia.
- The fully symmetrical design allows you to pitch and sleep in any direction depending on the wind, the slope of the ground, and the views.
- Stay protected, or vented in any weather with zippered storm doors which can be deployed for vestibule space, or secured with magnet toggles for views and airflow.
- The screen doors feature double-L zippers that drape to block mosquitoes or open fully to access your vestibules or enter on either side of the trekking poles.
- The large floor can fit two wide, long sleeping pads without an increased footprint, so you can still squeeze into tight backcountry spots without a fuss.
- The Duplex Pro is ultralight, spacious, packs down super tiny, and pitches anywhere you feel like calling home.

SHIPPING NOTICE Zpacks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped to US addresses after the tracking shows that they are delivered. Please choose our optional package protection at checkout or be prepared to take responsibility if your package is stolen from your doorstep or mailbox after the tracking shows that it is delivered. APO ADDRESSES Economy shipping to APO addresses may take up to 30-45 days.
USPS Priority mail may take 10-15 days. GENERAL DELIVERY General delivery service to USPS branches must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Failure to use the correct provider may result in the package being returned-to-sender.
FREIGHT FORWARDERS & PRIVATE MAILBOX SERVICE NOTICE Zpacks IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages that the tracking shows have been delivered to a freight forwarder or private mailbox service. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES NOTICE Customs, duties, or VAT for international orders will be displayed in the tax line and collected at checkout. Optional package protection is available at checkout to provide an added level of security for international shipments.
Returns & refunds
- Refunds - Affirm/Shopify Installments Returns and exchanges for items purchased with Affirm/Shopify Installments are subject to the standard policies outlined in our Warranty, Returns & Exchanges.
- After we issue your refund, Affirm/Shopify Installments will credit your loan balance for the amount of the refund within 3-5 business days.
- While you’re waiting for your refund, you are required to make any monthly payments that are due, per the terms of your original loan agreement.
- Affirm/Shopify Installments will refund any payments you make while they complete the processing.
