Regarding Refused Deliveries and Handling Fees For non-fraudulent orders, if a customer requests to refuse delivery after the order has been shipped, we may apply a reasonable fee (Approximately $50-$ 100).

The exact fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances. Address Modification and Re-Delivery Fees Once your order has been shipped, address modifications are not possible. Please provide the correct address during the purchase process to avoid any issues with delivery.

If you have provided an incorrect address and the order has already been shipped, a shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address. Shipping, Delivery Time, and Methods Please note that we will be shipping in 2 business days. And your order will be delivered within 4-8 business days from the date of shipment, according to different areas.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Attention: VTOMAN is not responsible for the shipment delay due to unexpected conditions, like flooding or Covid-related impacts ,etc. In that case, the ETA is unpredictable.

Refund policy Warranty & Return 1. Limited Warranty VTOMAN is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. We provide a limited warranty to the original consumer purchaser, ensuring that VTOMAN products are free from defects in workmanship and material during normal consumer use.

This warranty is subject to the exclusions detailed below. Our warranty represents VTOMAN's complete and exclusive obligation. We do not assume, nor authorize any person to assume on our behalf, any other liability associated with the sale of our products. 2.

Warranty Period VTOMAN products are covered by a warranty period of 12+12* months (*exclusive to membership registers), beginning from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. To establish the start date of the warranty period, you must provide the sales receipt from the initial consumer purchase or other reasonable documentary proof. Please note that in the event of any damages caused by human error within the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the replacement 3.

Exchange In the event that a VTOMAN product fails to operate due to defects in workmanship or material within the applicable warranty period, VTOMAN will replace the product at our expense. The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. If you submit a claim to VTOMAN during the warranty period in accordance with this policy, we will, at our discretion: (i) Replace the VTOMAN product with a replacement product of the same model.

Alternatively, with your consent, we may offer a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product. For example, a different model with the same features or the same model in a different color. (ii) Exchange the VTOMAN product for a refund of the purchase price. Limited to Original Consumer Buyer The warranty provided by VTOMAN is exclusively limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner. 4.

Exclusions Please note that VTOMAN's warranty does not apply to the following: Products that have been misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for purposes other than normal consumer use as authorized in VTOMAN's current product literature. Products that have been attempted to be repaired by anyone other than an authorized facility. Products purchased through an online auction house.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Please note that return shipping costs and original shipping costs (except for quality issues) are the responsibility of the customer. 7.
