Warranty Period VTOMAN products are covered by a warranty period of 12+12* months (*exclusive to membership registers), beginning from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. Exchange In the event that a VTOMAN product fails to operate due to defects in workmanship or material within the applicable warranty period, VTOMAN will replace the product at our expense. The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. If you submit a claim to VTOMAN during the warranty period in accordance with this policy, we will, at our discretion: (i) Replace the VTOMAN product with a replacement product of the same model.

Alternatively, with your consent, we may offer a product that has the same or substantially similar features as the original product. For example, a different model with the same features or the same model in a different color. (ii) Exchange the VTOMAN product for a refund of the purchase price. Limited to Original Consumer Buyer The warranty provided by VTOMAN is exclusively limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner. 4.

Exclusions Please note that VTOMAN's warranty does not apply to the following: Products that have been misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for purposes other than normal consumer use as authorized in VTOMAN's current product literature.
