Currently, our delivery scope covers the US, Europe, the UK, and Brazil. For more details, please check the "Shipping & Delivery" section below. We are continually expanding our shipping services to more countries.

When will my order ship? Most orders dispatched from our local warehouses (including the US, EU, UK, and Brazil) are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). However, for items shipped directly from China, processing may take 3-5 business days before they ship out.

How to track my order? You can track your order on our website 2-5 business days after your purchase. Steps: Sign in to your account → My Orders → Click the “Track” button.

Shipping & Delivery * Free shipping to the US, EU, UK, and Brazil (selected zones) on orders over $99. Note: *All the weights mentioned above refer to Gross Weight. *The actual shipping times may vary due to variable customs clearance times, inclement weather, public holidays, or other force majeure factors. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact the Support Center at support@tribit.com. *Sometimes it may take 2 days for the courier to update the tracking number and shipping info on the system.

If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again after 24 hours. *For customers from non-European Union countries (or regions without local fulfillment), you may need to pay customs duties and taxes.

Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@tribit.com . Please be aware that returns must be notified and approved prior to being sent back. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@tribit.com . Order Cancellation Orders may be canceled prior to shipment or production.

If canceled, a full refund will be issued. Once the product has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned item at the TRIBIT warehouse, the refund process will begin, typically within 3-7 business days. To initiate a return, please contact our Support Team and provide the following information: Order number Reason for return Clear photo of all items and original packaging in good condition Note: Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim.

For purchases made through third-party platforms such as Amazon, please contact Amazon for refund assistance. tribit.com is solely responsible for orders purchased directly from tribit.com. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
