Shipping policy Tramontina strives to ship our orders within one business day of receiving your order. If we receive your order before 11:00 am CST, Monday - Friday , on a normal business day , we will generally ship your order the next day. If your order is received after 11:00 am CST, your order will be in two days .
Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and will arrive within 5 - 7 business days after it has shipped. Please note: Once your order has left the facility with the carrier, inclement weather may affect the arrival date of your package. Shipping discounts and free shipping offers do not apply to customers living outside the contiguous United States: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, North Mariana Islands, Palau, and U.S.

Returns & refunds
- Return window: 30-days; No refunds or exchanges will be given for a product received more than 30-days from the original delivery date.

Return Policy New and unused products If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the new and unused product for a refund using the following guidelines: Returned products must be received within 30-days of the original delivery date. No refunds or exchanges will be given for a product received more than 30-days from the original delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in new, and unused condition.
All products to be returned must have their complete original packaging materials including any manuals or printed materials. Used products or products damaged from misuse will not be accepted for exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tramontina USA, Inc. will provide a prepaid shipping label for each product to be returned. Returned products must be received in saleable condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. Refund or exchange will not be issued for used or damaged products.

Defective products and order discrepancies If the product you received is not the same product that you ordered online, or if your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 business days of the original delivery date.
