If you don’t love it, exchanges and returns are free for 60 days. Chances are you’ll love it. But if not, we’re here to help.

Canada We offer returns for all Canadian orders. Return shipping & handling is $9.99 and deducted from your refund to cover just a part of our costs to service our friends up North. We do not accept exchanges on Canadian orders and ask you to return the order for a refund.
The rates for taxes and duties are set by the Canadian government and are based on the value of the goods and the country of manufacturing. All duties and taxes for Canadian orders are charged at checkout. All returns must be shipped from the country the order was originally delivered to and with a ThirdLove issued return label.
We will not accept returns sent with a non-ThirdLove return label. Setting up a return is easy, you can do it here ! Rest of the World International orders outside of Canada are final sale.
We are working on a better solution to service our customers internationally; for the time being, your order is final and we cannot accept returns outside of the US and Canada regardless of the issue.
