Shipping policy Sleepypod will ship your order in the shipping method chosen at checkout. Our processing time can usually can take up to 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays when inventory is available. When you select a shipping method we guarantee that we will use that shipping company and method, unfortunately we can't guarantee the delivery time since that is beyond our control.

Flat shipping method is a ground shipping method that will include a tracking number. Shipping Claims Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Should your organization or office refuse delivery of any package, and the package is returned to us, we will treat this as a refund (see Return Policy). If you would like us to redeliver, you will need to place another order with us. Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship globally. Please keep in mind that any customs and local-carrier delays are beyond our control. Any taxes or duties on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are unable to mark international shipments as gifts or lower the declared value, even if your country charges taxes or duties at the border.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your order isn’t the right fit, we’re here to make exchanges and returns as smooth as possible.

Returns and exchanges are currently available for U.S. and Canada orders only . For international customers, we recommend carefully reviewing our detailed product descriptions and sizing guides before placing your order. Exchanges If you’d prefer a different size, color, or product, exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your order (U.S. and Canada only). You’ll be prompted to enter your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email. If you selected Checkout+ at the time of purchase, your exchange shipping will be completely free . If not, we’ll still cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you—you’ll just be responsible for the handling and return shipping fee for sending the original item back.

You will have 28 days to return the item . Since we offer instant exchanges to ensure your pup gets the support they need without delay, a temporary hold will be placed on your payment method for the value of the exchange items. This hold will be lifted after we receive and process your return.

Restocking fees apply based on condition as follows: Return Window Condition Grade Description Restocking Fee Examples Within 30 days Brand New Unused, unopened, all original packaging, tags, and inserts included None Product still sealed in original packaging Within 30 days Grade A Tried-on only, unused, clean, all packaging intact 8% of item cost Tried on indoors briefly; returned with packaging intact Within 30 days Grade B Light signs of use (e.g., minimal pet hair), some packaging elements missing 12% of item cost Used a few times; minor wear or missing non-essential packaging Any time Grade C Heavily used, soiled, damaged, missing key components, not fully functional Not eligible Dirt, visible wear, broken clips, missing key parts Items returned that don’t meet the criteria for their claimed grade will be reclassified to the appropriate grade and refunded accordingly. Refunds Return and refund processing may take up to 15 business days after we receive and inspect your item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
