Order processing normally takes 1 business day. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our insured logistics provider and is normally delivered within 3-5 business days after receiving the order except for holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
In general, you will receive your product in around 7 days. Please NOTE : We currently do NOT ship to PO BOX, APO, FPO addresses and islands outside the continental USA. We do NOT take responsibility for stolen packages or claims stating items not received even after the tracking status shows that it was delivered from the carrier website.
Once the carrier site shows that the package was delivered, then we have fulfilled our service of shipping the item to you with the valid tracking number. Refund policy Warranty, Return and Refund Policy We proudly stand behind our products, so all products come with manufacturer warranty! All dashcams and sold from Redtiger include a 1 year manufacturer warranty, and all accessories come with a 90-day manufacturer warranty. This warranty is to cover manufacturer defects and does not apply to mistreatment or mishandling of the dashcam.
Please notice we can’t offer free return or full refund for personal reasons and for items are either intentionally or accidentally damaged by improper usage. Cancellation We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
