Shipment processing time All orders are processed within the same business day. Orders received after 3pm PST are processed the following business day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

In case of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping methods We work with different shipping companies to ensure a smooth delivery process. Our smaller items are shipped via parcel and our very large items and bulk orders are shipped via a freight carrier service.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
