Shipping policy Shipping Area We currently offer free delivery to the contiguous US excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide expedited shipping service due to the fact that our generators contain lithium-ion batteries that are not permitted on planes and can only be transported via ground shipment. In the event of harsh weather conditions, delays may occur that are beyond our control. Shipping Carrier We use different shipping carriers for order delivery.
No signature is required during dispatch. If you can not receive the package or need any other help in terms of delivery, please contact the shipping carrier shown in your tracking information. Shipping Address Please make sure you provide the correct detailed address for order delivery.
Once your order has been placed, changing your address is no longer possible. If your order is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, we'll respond immediately to correct the address and resend it to you. Please note addresses containing P.O.
