Product description
What's Included? HexClad Hybrid Roasting Pan and HexClad Japanese Damascus Steel Carving Set. Get the most out of your roast.
The HexClad Hybrid Roasting Pan features our patented hybrid technology to give you a feast of benefits. It all starts with even heat distribution for perfect roasting and baking. It’s also metal utensil safe so that you can use knives, forks, and even electric mixers, right on the surface.
Revolutionary Hybrid technology combines both stainless steel and our proprietary TerraBond™ ceramic nonstick coating for the ultimate sear and easy cleanup. Always ready for your next dinner party, it comes with a rack that prevents your turkey or roast from touching the bottom of the pan and allowing the drippings to fall through. It’s also incredibly versatile, going from double-burner stovetop to oven with no problem.
This is our largest pan to date, so whatever you’re cooking, from turkeys to casseroles, you can go big. The carving set is the ultimate duo for dominating dinner parties. Our carving knife and fork are made from the finest materials, including a blade forged from 67 layers of Japanese Damascus steel.
That all adds up to a harder blade (60 Rockwell Rating) for effortless slicing and improved edge retention. It also means better corrosion resistance and unmatched aesthetic appeal. The unique knife design also features a rounded point to avoid accidental stabbing of the meat, meaning the flavor-filled juices will stay in the food instead of running out onto the cutting board.
The two-pronged, stainless steel fork holds the meat steady while you make perfect cut after perfect cut. Ergonomic pakkawood handles make serving a breeze.
