Before You Start Please request and ship your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order . Unfortunately, we can't accept requests outside this timeframe. Items must be in original condition : unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags attached.

Final Sale items (marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note: Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to a quality issue. Return Label Fee (US Orders Only) Use our prepaid return label, the fee will depend on the number of items in your return: 1 item: $8.99 2–3 items: $14.99 4–5 items: $18.99 6+ items: $24.99 The return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Home Try-On items: Please submit your return through the Home Try-On Portal . and follow the Home Try-On return instructions. Please do not combine regular purchase items and Home Try-On items in the same return package or return request unless specifically instructed by our Customer Service team. Each return will be processed separately according to the return policy and return method applicable to the item type.
