Shipping policy Shipping Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address and shipping method selected at checkout. We will send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped by Commando, we depend on our carriers to ensure the package is delivered on time.

To cancel or edit an order please select the edit/cancel link found at the bottom of your order confirmation email. Please reach out to customer service at info@wearcommando.com if you are outside of that time frame and we will try our best to accommodate you. Only one discount code may be applied per order.

We ship within the United States, as well as internationally to Canada, Australia, and the UK. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (within the US). Premium shipping is free on orders over $200 (within the US).

For orders under $75, a shipping fee will be added. For faster shipping options, please refer to the rates listed during checkout. Refund policy Returns & Exchanges Domestic Returns/Exchanges We only accept returns from items purchased on wearcommando.com . We cannot accept or process returns & exchanges from retail stores and other online retailers. All returns and exchanges purchased from retail stores and other online retailers must be returned at their location of purchase.

We accept returns within 30 days of ship date if unworn with original tags attached, or unopened in original packaging. At checkout, you’ll have the option to purchase Checkout+ for a small fee. If you select Checkout+, your return shipping label will be free, no deductions from your refund.

If you do not select Checkout+, a return shipping label fee of $11 (deducted from your refund) will apply. Sale items marked with a discount of 60% or greater are final sale. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To protect the integrity of our products and ensure a fair experience for all customers, any item that is returned worn, used, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. Items that do not meet our return standards will be deemed ineligible and will not be returned to the sender. These items will be responsibly discarded.

Please ensure your return meets our guidelines before sending it back. We’re pleased to offer free exchanges made directly for the same item in a different size or color. Exchanges made for different products are accepted as well.

Missing , Lost, or Stolen Packages: If you believe that your package has gone missing , or has otherwise been lost or stolen, we ask that you report it within 1 week of receipt of delivery notification.
