• Orders of $1,399 or more qualify for free standard shipping to selected cities, excluding add-on services.
• Standard delivery leaves furniture at the ground floor, lobby or first dry area and excludes unpacking and assembly.
• Room of Choice adds $50–$70 and White Glove adds $100–$150 per shipment for qualifying orders in selected cities; White Glove includes unpacking, assembly and packaging removal.

• Request a return within 30 days of receiving the item; returned furniture must be in as-new condition.
• A 20% restocking fee applies per returned item and includes return shipping.
