Shipping policy At Casa Leo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with a Casa Leo product, you can return your product for a refund within 90 days of purchase. Only products purchased directly from smartypear.com are eligible for return, and proof of purchase in the form of an order number or receipt must be provided.

If you purchased a Casa Leo product through Chewy or Amazon, please initiate a return on those sites. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. If needed, Casa Leo will send a return label at a flat rate cost of $75 (deducted from refund amount).

Return Process Contact Casa Leo Customer Care at support@casaleopet.com to initiate a return. Please provide your invoice number and a copy of your receipt. Repackage your product in the original box with all original packing materials and contents.
