Free shipping is available for most destinations. However, additional shipping fees may apply to certain countries and regions, including but not limited to Canada, Malta, Barbados, Alaska, and destinations in Africa. If a product is unavailable at the nearest regional warehouse, ANNKE may arrange shipment from another available warehouse. In some cases, the order may be shipped directly by air from our warehouse in China.

Therefore, products within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately or arrive at different times. Estimated Delivery Time Delivery times vary depending on the shipping warehouse, destination, carrier, product availability, and other logistics conditions. If an order needs to be fulfilled directly from our warehouse in China, the estimated delivery time is approximately 15–20 business days.
