We want you to be completely happy with your ThirdLove purchase and we know that being able to tell if a bra really fits isn't something that happens the instant you put it on. We stand behind our products.
If you don’t love it, exchanges and returns are free for 60 days. Chances are you’ll love it.
But if not, we’re here to help. Our team of Fit Stylists are expertly trained to help you find another size or style.
We proudly donate all gently worn bras that are returned to women in need. Click here for more information.
Canada We offer returns for all Canadian orders. Return shipping & handling is $9.
99 and deducted from your refund to cover just a part of our costs to service our friends up North. We do not accept exchanges on Canadian orders and ask you to return the order for a refund.
The rates for taxes and duties are set by the Canadian government and are based on the value of the goods and the country of manufacturing. All duties and taxes for Canadian orders are charged at checkout.
All returns must be shipped from the country the order was originally delivered to and with a ThirdLove issued return label. We will not accept returns sent with a non-ThirdLove return label.
Setting up a return is easy, you can do it here ! Rest of the World International orders outside of Canada are final sale.
We are working on a better solution to service our customers internationally; for the time being, your order is final and we cannot accept returns outside of the US and Canada regardless of the issue. One option to explore a smoother delivery is to use a US forwarder such as Shipito, Parcl, Shop2Ship, USGoBuy (please use at your own risk).
