Unfortunately, we do not ship orders on weekends so orders made after 12pm MT on Fridays will ship out on the following Tuesday along with orders made over the weekend. Shipping Timeline We currently offer two shipping options, standard ground shipping and express shipping, typically both from FedEx.
Standard shipping service typically takes between 4-7 business days from when the package is picked up to when it is delivered to your address. Express shipping service typically takes between 2-4 days from when the package is picked up to when it is delivered to your address.
With that said, some shipping carriers are experiencing delays, causing shipments to reach their destination outside their original or expected timeframe. Please follow your tracking number for details on your package delivery.
Delivery Lost Or Stolen Oboz is not responsible for lost or stolen shipping packages that are marked delivered by our shipping partners. Please ensure your address is secure for delivery or make arrangements to be at your shipping address during the time of delivery.

Return via mail within 30 days of delivery. Start your return online to receive a mailing label to box and ship your items You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
Please allow for you 7-10 days for your refund to be initiated *Items must be purchased on our website to start a return. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
We do not accept returns on purchases made from another website or through one of our retail partners. Our return process and policy applies to www.

We offer returns for refund for items purchased on www. obozfootwear.
com. We do not currently offer exchanges or store credit.
Refunds exclude original shipping costs. If you would like to return an item purchased on www.
obozfootwear. com, please start your return through our returns portal here within 30 days of your item’s arrival date.
Items must have been purchased on www. obozfootwear.
com in order to start the return process. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.
Oboz Footwear reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval. Contact us if you have any questions regarding your return at help@obozfootwear.
com or 406-522-0319 Monday–Thursday 8am–5 pm and Friday 8am-2pm Mountain Time (not including public holidays). Extended Holiday Returns If an order is placed on or after Friday, November 1, 2024, it will be eligible for a return until January 15, 2025, or within 30 days from the arrival date, whichever comes later.
If your holiday return is outside the standard 30-day return period but falls within our holiday return window, please contact us at help@obozfootwear. com.
We will assist you with the return process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email with a shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Socks All socks are not eligible for return. If you believe your socks arrived damaged or defective, please contact us.
Gift Cards All Gift Cards are not eligible for return. Returned to Sender/Refused Packages Please do not refuse delivery of a package.
If you decide you no longer want the item, simply follow our standard return process. Not following this procedure may lead to delays or potential loss of your refund.
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier will be returned to our warehouse. All packages returned to our warehouse will be treated as returns.
We will return the items to stock for refund. Defective Items/Warranty Returns If you are returning a defective product that has been used, the product will be evaluated once we receive it.
