If items in your order are in stock, they will ship together — with the exclusion of third-party items, which will always ship separately. If the order includes items that are both in stock and made to order, each item will ship separately as it becomes available.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you with tracking information. Please note: Smaller items and single-piece orders tend to ship via parcel carrier (UPS/FedEx).

Some furniture and volume orders ship by less-than-truckload (LTL) common carrier, or full truckload (FTL). LTL and FTL will deliver to your dock, and the customer will need to unload items.

If no dock is available, the truck will park as close as possible, and the customer will need to unload items. Please review our FAQs for additional information.

Item will be unpacked and placed in the room of your choice with all packaging removed. Assembly, if required, is not included.

Returns & Refund Policy RETURNS We sincerely hope you love your purchase and that it exceeds your expectations. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you find an issue, please submit a claim through our Product Claims Center . within three days of receiving your order.

We offer free returns on Haworth performance seating, Haworth-branded desks and accessories, Areaware, Graf Lantz and  Pablo lighting products purchased through the Haworth Store if returned within 30 days of order receipt. Orders over 10 units or totaling $10,000 or more (shipping and tax not included) are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Returned items must be packaged in the original packaging. To initiate a return, fill out the details on our Return Request form .

Returns of custom or special ordered products, and products from Cappellini, Cassina, and Poltrona Frau are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of product. Returns of Heller items must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any outbound shipping costs associated with free-shipping orders will be deducted from the final refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks for return processing after receipt.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe return. Returns for Artifox product are subject to a restocking fee.

We reserve the right to charge an additional restocking fee if returns arrive damaged or not in original packaging. Returns of product from Courant, Leatherology, Tala, Fluidstance, and Enkel Studios are free.

Returns of Emeco, Ergotron , and Mater products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of order receipt.

Returns of JANUS et Cie products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order receipt.

Returns of Most Modest product are free if initiated within 10 days of order receipt with the exception of the Silas Planter and File Storage, Knox Planter, Tess Planter, and Nomad Cart, which are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns of Gantri products are free if initiated within 30 days of order receipt.

Items must be in their original condition and original packaging. To pack the item, cover the plug, gather the cord into a bundle, and place it inside the plastic sleeve.

Start at the base and wrap the light with bubble wrap, filling any extra space so the light fits snugly. Secure the box with tape, and attach the shipping label.

The Breck Chair and Upside Desk Set and Breck Chair and Market Desk Set are eligible for free returns if initiated within 30 days of receipt. Partial returns of either set will result in forfeiting set savings, to be reflected in refund amount.

Outlet items and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. After initiating a return, an agent will send a follow up email with shipping instructions and information.

Shipping and handling fees for returns not in original packaging, or requiring across the threshold entry by the carrier, will be deducted from the refund amount. EXCHANGES Items will be replaced only if you received the wrong item or if the item arrived defective or damaged.

To initiate a replacement, fill out the details on our Return Request form . Exchanges for a different product or style will be processed as two separate transactions.

We’ll issue a refund for your returned item to your original method of payment. A new order should be made for the desired item.

We’re unable to apply credit from your return towards a new purchase. CANCELLATIONS Most orders that have not yet shipped or are on backorder may be cancelled.

In-stock items can ship anywhere from same day to 72 hours after an order has been accepted. Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Custom and special-order items cannot be cancelled REFUNDS Your refund will be processed up to five business days after your returned item has been received. Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirming that a credit has been applied to your original method of payment.

Allow up to five business days for your credit card provider to process your refund. Shipping fees for Threshold delivery, Liftgate delivery, and Inside delivery are non-refundable.

Installation fees are non-refundable. Orders over 10 units or totaling $10,000 or more (shipping and tax not included) are final sale and not eligible fo r returns.
