Shipping to the 48 continental US states is a standard flat rate of $5. 99.
Receive free standard shipping to the continental United States when you spend $150 or more (excl. sales tax).
When purchasing a gift card, t he value of the gift card does not apply toward the minimum free shipping requirement . Shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are calculated based on the weight of your order and shown at checkout.
When purchasing a gift card, the amount of the gift card does not apply toward the free shipping minimum. We offer standard shipping rate which takes 5-8 business days from order receipt to delivery.
Your order will ship from our East or West Coast Distribution Center based on delivery location and product availability. Please allow additional order processing time during any holiday season.
We also offer express shipping for an additional charge. Items ship within 48 hours if received before 2pm ET on a business day.
Items will be delivered within 2 business days after shipment. *Expedited shipping is unavailable for the Frost Ice Cream & Frozen Drink Maker, Frost Pro Ice Cream, Gelato & Frozen Drink Maker, and the Stanley Tucci Pizza Oven, and these items cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States.
Shipping Protection Shipping Protection must be added at time of purchase and is non-refundable. Please see guidelines below: Lost - Stuck in transit Claims must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process, which is typically the same day your order is placed.

HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT TO YOU? Consumers may return their unused products within 90 days after receiving.
We kindly accept returns for product that is unused and in original packaging. Due to the nature of the item, cookbooks cannot be returned and are final sale.
The shipping cost of returning unwanted purchases to GreenPan is the responsibility of the consumer. The shipping cost at time of purchase will not be refunded.
