states and the District of Columbia. Expedited shipping is not available for Fine Jewelry orders.
Made-on-demand items: US standard shipping - On average, it takes up to 4-8 weeks from your order date. However, there may be delays in some cases, so please refer to the date on the product page for accuracy.
Dress exchanges are free, including for made-on-demand gowns, but it will take up to an additional 4-8 weeks to receive your new order. Preorder items: US standard shipping - Arrives by the date stated on the product page* US rush shipping - Arrives by the expedited shipping date stated on the product page* Please note: Once you receive your dress, if you’d like to exchange it for another pre-order or made-to-order dress, it may require up to 4-8 weeks to manufacture and deliver your new dress.
Please allow plenty of time to receive and alter your dress before the wedding. Please note, we are unable to complete returns or exchanges on orders that are in production or en route to you.
We can only issue a refund or send a new dress once the original order is in your possession and you have processed the return or exchange in the Happy Returns portal. Shipping service levels may be changed at any time to ensure on-time delivery.
