Delivery times: We offer free ground shipping on orders of $60 or more within the US. For orders under $60, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $9.

Our standard shipping is done via UPS Ground and will take between 1-5 business days to arrive after shipping. As a general estimate, orders shipping to the Midwest and East Coast take around 2 business days to arrive after leaving our warehouse, and orders shipping to the West Coast take around 4 business days to arrive.

We also offer UPS Next Day Air and 2-day Air for an additional cost. These costs will be displayed in Checkout.

Return Policy Returning an order from the BabyBjörn website ( Free returns apply to eligible orders placed on or after October 1, 2026 ) We offer free returns on orders placed through the BabyBjorn. com website within 30 days of delivery.

You can return all or some of the items in your order. Before you send anything back, contact our Customer Care team at care@babybjorn.

To qualify for a refund, returns must: Be requested within 30 days of delivery. Be in new condition and in the original packaging.

Items returned used or without their original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges and gift-wrapping fees are not refundable.

Return shipping is free for eligible returns made under this policy. This policy only covers purchases made directly from BabyBjorn.

com. If you bought your product from an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer about returns.

We are unable to accept returns for retailer purchases. How to return an item: 1.

Request a Return Authorization Number. Contact our Customer Care team Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST, by email at care@babybjorn.

Please include your email address, order number, and the items you'd like to return. 2.

Watch for your return form. We'll email you a return form with your Return Authorization Number, return instructions, and a prepaid return shipping label within two business days.

Pack your return. Place the completed return form and the item, in its original packaging, inside a sturdy box.

4. Attach the prepaid label.

Securely attach the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the box and remove or cover any previous shipping labels. 5.

Drop off your package. Take your package to the carrier shown on your prepaid label within 5 business days.

In-person returns to BabyBjörn are not accepted. We recommend keeping your tracking information until your refund is complete.

6. Receive your refund.

Once your item(s) arrive at BabyBjörn, Inc. , we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Original shipping and gift-wrapping charges are not refunded. Exchanges Exchanges can be made on orders received within 30 days of delivery.

The right to exchange only applies to items in new, unopened packaging. If you want to exchange an item, contact the Care team with the order details and specify the item to be exchanged.

The team will direct you with instructions on how to return the item and receive the new product or store credit accordingly. Return shipping for eligible exchanges is free.

BabyBjörn, Inc. may delay the credit or new order until you have shown proof that the original item has been returned.

Gift Purchases & Exchanges If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please note that invoices included with BabyBjörn orders do not display product prices. Pricing information is not visible to the recipient.

If a gift recipient wishes to return or exchange an item, they may contact care@babybjorn. com opens in a new tab and provide the order confirmation information or the gift giver’s contact details and indicate whether a store credit or replacement item is preferred.

Eligible gift returns and exchanges also qualify for free return shipping. The gift giver will not be notified of any return or exchange.

Claims If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service department via email as soon as possible. Do not dispose of any parts of the order until the team has reviewed your details.
