Return Policy Overview Items purchased at BabyTrend. com are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging. Baby Trend does not accept returns for items that have been used for any period of time.

You MUST request and receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number (RMA#). Returns without an RMA# will NOT be accepted.

An 18% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
