Shipping We ship and deliver orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The transit times below are estimates once the shipment leaves our warehouse in California.

United States We offer free standard shipping (3-6 business days) on all orders $99 and over shipping to the US. We also offer 2-business day expedited shipping starting at $16.

99 and 1-business day expedited shipping starting at $26. 99.

The final price for expedited shipping will be given at checkout and is determined by order volume. Expedited shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, military addresses, and P.

O. boxes.

Please note that only expedited orders placed before 12 pm PT on a business day will ship that same day. For example, an order placed with 1-business day shipping on Thursday at 1 pm PT will ship out the next day, Friday, and arrive the following Monday.

International We offer flat rate international shipping via DHL Express to most countries around the world. Rates will vary by location and cart size, and will be shown at checkout.

For most countries, the total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. If not, duties and taxes will be clearly shown at checkout.

International orders, excluding Canada, are final.

US Returns If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for all US orders. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

For products $99 and over, a $10 return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Please start your US return here .

International Returns We do not offer international returns or exchanges at this time, except in Canada and the European Union. Canadian and EU orders can be returned with at-rate shipping within 30 days and 14 days, respectively, from the delivery date.

Orders are eligible for a refund of duties & taxes paid at checkout. Orders can also be returned with self-postage, and are eligible for a refund of duties & taxes paid at checkout.

Standard Policy You have 30 calendar days (14 days for the EU) to return an item from the date you received it. All returns must be unused and received in its brand new, original condition.

All hangtags must be attached and each item must be shipped in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Only items that have been purchased directly on www. aersf.

com can be returned to us. Items purchased online must be returned online and cannot be returned in stores.

We have the right to deny credit if the return does not meet our policy requirements. If you'd like an exchange, please make a return and place a new order.

Allow up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.
